Refund policy
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order is processed and registered with our warehouse team, which means we’re no longer able to cancel or intercept it.
If you no longer want the order:
-You may refuse the shipment upon delivery
-Or return it to us where that can be discussed via e-mail
Once your return is received, we will promptly issue a full refund.

Changed your mind? We get it - that’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To start your return, email our support team at info@sonacalm.com with your order number. If you choose to send the item back, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
Address Changes
Want to change your shipping address? Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order, including:
-Your order number
-The current shipping address
-The new address you’d like to use
Unfortunately, once your order leaves our facility, we can no longer update the address.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
-Please double check your delivery location and ask nearby neighbors.
-If still not located, contact us so we can investigate further.
If your order is lost in transit:
-We will gladly offer a free replacement.
-If you prefer not to accept a replacement, we require a 14-day waiting period before a refund can be processed in case the item arrives late.
-At least one replacement attempt must be made before a refund can be issued.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives broken, defective, or doesn’t work as expected:
-Please email us with a photo or video clearly showing the issue.
-Once confirmed, we’ll send you a free replacement, no return required.
-Replacements take the same time to arrive as a normal order (6–10 business days).

-Accidental damage or misuse

To claim:
-Email info@sonacalm.com with your order number and a description (or video/photo) of the issue
-If your claim is approved, a free replacement will be sent to you
-If your model is discontinued, we may send a comparable alternative
